Working together means understanding each other. Before getting started, certain questions naturally arise: How long? What is the budget? How does a project work? Here are our answers. Can't find yours? Contact us directly.
Most interior architects design the project and then entrust its execution to renovation companies selected for the site. These two areas of expertise (design and implementation) work in sequence.
At Studio MS, May Stellar (interior architect) and Christian Ignace (renovation project manager) work together from the outset of the project. While May designs, Christian integrates the actual technical constraints, then manages the execution with his team. This integration eliminates validation delays between the architect and contractors, and ensures total fidelity to your vision, from the first sketch to the last finish.
Timescales vary according to the size and complexity of the project. They are defined at the design stage and monitored throughout the works. Our integrated design-build approach enables us to keep to the agreed schedules.
→ To date, more than 30 projects have been delivered on schedule.
Yes, Studio MS was designed for customers who don't want to manage a building site. You have two dedicated contacts: May and Christian manage the entire project, from design to delivery, without you having to coordinate the craftsmen or deal with unforeseen circumstances.
→ Result: zero management time on your side, while staying informed.
The first on-site consultation enables us to understand your project and check its feasibility. We then carry out an in-depth analysis of your property. At a second meeting, we present you with an overall estimate, identified technical constraints and a timeframe for completion.
→ You remain free to decide whether or not to entrust us with the Design & Build of the project after this second meeting.
We carry out a full technical assessment before any costing, so that we can anticipate the real constraints of the property. If any unforeseen circumstances arise during the works, we inform you immediately, with clear, costed solutions.
→ You always know where you stand.
